WHAT SHOULD YOU WEAR

April in Jackson usually brings beautiful spring weather, with daytime temperatures often in the low 70s and cooler evenings once the sun goes down. We’re praying for temperatures to be in the low 70s during the evening so everyone can comfortably enjoy the celebration outdoors. That said, evenings can sometimes cool into the 50s once the sun sets, so we recommend wearing spring attire for warm daytime weather and bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay cozy later in the night. 🌿

The dress code for our celebration is cocktail attire. Our wedding colors are black and white, and guests are welcome (and encouraged!) to wear all black if they’d like. Since the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on the lawn, we recommend choosing flats, wedges, or other lawn-friendly shoes so you can comfortably walk around and enjoy the evening without sinking into the grass. We want everyone to feel dressed up while still being able to relax and celebrate with us.
